Booked in last minute late in the night with only the disability accessible room available. Before I got given it, the guy who checked me in did try to find me another room but there wasn't another one. I appreciated his proactiveness, politeness and courtesy, along with his colleague who greeted me in the morning. Excellent service from both of them!

The check-in process was simple and efficient. I travelled for work and needed the room to keep my stuff and sleep at night so the property suited my needs. Daily cleaning service is excellent. Didn't try the buffet breakfast but for 14 euros seemed value for money. The reception is 24 hours so there is always someone to help you out with your needs.

The location is perfect for exploring Paris, very central and easy to get to the main sights. The buffet style breakfast was very good and staff were lovely. The room was clean.

Very positive that you could check in already in the morning, very friendly staff, you can leave your luggage. The breakfast was good, the offer included bread, croissants, ham, boiled eggs, nutella, jams, very tasty coffee. Our stay was very good, we had a good room, new bathroom, everything was in working order. Thank you, would come back again!

The location was perfect for us. Close to the metro, and also had a lot of bars, restaurants and boulangeries close to it. They were very accommodating and stored our luggage until the checkin time since we arrived early.. The room was pretty small, but we did not mind, as it was very clean and had everything we needed.

We really liked the conditions in the room, everything was clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient and breakfast was nice. Stuff was helpful , rooms were cleaned daily, it was a really nice stay!

Friendly, clean, well-located and thoughtfully presented, with attention to detail so the stay was comfortable. It was only 15 minutes easy walk from the Gare du Nord and also close to a lovely part of the centre of Paris.

The receptionist was more than wonderful.. He provided all the help I asked for.. He was very kind to me.. the location of the hotel is wonderful and the hotel is very clean❤️💕

Great location for neighbourhood restos and cafes. Quiet hotel, very clean. Small compared to some other hotels nearby but it’s half the price so anyone who moans about the size is an idiot. They let us leave our bags on our last day so we could do sightseeing without hassle
